Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms:
- A 100% advance payment is required for Digital Marketing services, Social Media page maintenance, and E-commerce platform maintenance.
- For other services, a non-refundable advance payment of 35% is required before the commencement of any project.
- An additional 35% payment is due upon completion of 50% of the project.
- The remaining 30% payment is to be made upon project completion.
2. Maintenance Service:
- We offer complimentary maintenance services for your website for a period of 6 months after project completion.
- After the initial 6-month period, maintenance services for your website will be subject to charges.
3. Refund Policy:
- Payments made for services rendered are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
4. Web Hosting and Domain:
- Web hosting and domain registration are included free of charge for web development projects with a total cost exceeding Rs.8000.
